Most nights of racing are talked about for a week or so and than there are nights that will be talked about all season long and continue to be discussed in seasons to come.

In the "Triple J Disposal Classic Dwarf Class" Rick Utley of Byron got back to his winning ways. Rick scored his third sweep in four weeks of racing at Lansing as he put together a pair of wins. The only race Utley has not won this year was the feature a week ago when he fell out with mechanical problems. He lead flag to flag in winning his classes heat event but used up half of the feature races twelve laps to get to the front in that one. John Griffen of Caledonia followed him home in both races with Jeremy Anderson of Faribault who lead the early laps in the main event came home third in the feature.

Four of the tracks six classes equaled or surpassed there season highs for car count for the year and the eighty-one cars on hand overall were also a season high as the numbers of drivers on hand each week continues to go up. Overall on the night during the twenty race program six drivers picked up there first wins of the season bring the total number of drivers at the track to pick up at least one checkered flag this year to thirty two. Despite the couple drivers in each class who seem to be up front a lot plenty of drivers are getting there turns at visiting victory lane.
